Windemere Home Prices

There is a home to suit almost everybody in Windemere from a small 2 bedroom condo to a substantial 5 bedroom detached single family home. At the time of writing, August 2007, prices have seen a significant down-turn throughout the country and prices are lower than they have been in a while. It is immediately apparent that although prices fell dramatically, in line with other parts of the country, there are obvious signs of stabilization and this is undoubtedly due in part to the ralatively strong economy in the East Bay together with the high standard of schools in Windemere.

Right now, there are homes available in Windemere from $380,000 to just under $1m.
